Meat and meat products are among the most imitated and adulterated foods, especially due to their price. The meat products we see on the market shelves often do not reflect what is on the label. In order to prevent this situation, species determination should be made on the products.

In order to reduce the cost, adulterated products can be detected by determining the type of meat. Deception of the consumer is prevented by detecting pork, poultry meat or the meat of different animals such as horse and donkey in a meat product.
