The main use of a packaging material; It is to protect the product from environmental conditions and physical and chemical effects of microorganisms until it reaches the consumer. For this reason, food packaging materials undergo certain tests and analyzes.
The purpose of the analyzes is to determine whether the packaging material meets the necessary conditions to fulfill its task.
One of the important parameters performed in packaging materials is Structure Determination Analysis.
Structure determination analysis is used to determine the type of packaging material and additives, if any, with the FTIR device. Qualitative and quantitative material analysis is performed on the packaging material.
