Within the scope of Turkish Food Codex Contaminants Regulation, the maximum limits for contaminants that can be found in foods have been determined.
This Regulation,
a) Based on Articles 23 and 24 of the Veterinary Services, Plant Health, Food and Feed Law dated 11/6/2010 and numbered 5996,
b) In parallel with the European Union Commission Regulation on Determination of the Maximum Limits of Certain Contaminants in Foods numbered 1881/2006/EC,
has been prepared.
Those who are infected within the scope of the regulation; Any substance that is not intentionally added to the food but is included in the production, manufacturing, processing, preparation, processing, packaging, packaging, transportation or preservation of the food, including the primary production stage, or as a result of environmental contamination, excluding foreign materials such as animal hair, insect fragments. is defined as.
