Product Packaging Analysis

Product Packaging Analysis

While performing the Packaging Analysis, many factors such as the material of the packaging, the conditions of use, the type of product to be packaged are evaluated. In the design processes of the packaging, work should be done by taking into account the safety of the product, its shelf life and its preservation without affecting its current condition. It becomes a more important issue with packaging, especially in cases where the product to be packaged is cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food.

The absence of any substance transfer from the packaging material to the product, the sufficient protection of the product inside the packaging from environmental conditions, its durability against transport conditions are the conditions sought in the selection of a package. As Nanolab Packaging Analysis Laboratory, the analyzes we perform on the packages are as follows:

- Determination of Total Cadmium (Cd)
- Determination of Phthalate
- Determination of Cadmium (Cd) and Lead (Pb) Release
- Determination of Antimony (Sb), Arsenic (As), Barium (Ba), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Chromium (Cr), Lead (Pb) and Selenium (Se)
- Determination of Metals and Other Elements (Arsenic (As), Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), Titanium (Ti))
- Quantification of Aluminum
- Specific Migration Analysis
- Total Migration Analysis
- Determination of Structure (FTIR)
- Extractive Residue Soluble in Chloroform
- Determination of Residual Styrene Monomer
- Determination of Extractable Substance
- Determination of Vinyl Mononer Content
- Azo Colorants
- Solvent Residue
- Determination of PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic Acid)
