Emission (Chimney) Measurements
Sampling and analyzing the pollutants formed by the production and fuel use depending on the activities of various facilities and thrown into the atmosphere are defined as Emission Measurements. Emission Measurements are tested according to the parameters specified in the relevant standards and regulations and their compliance with environmental legislation is determined.
Within the scope of the Regulation on Control of Industrial Air Pollution, emission measurements in chimneys should be made at certain periods and planned measurements should be made. Some of the parameters to be Emission Measurements are as follows:
- TSE CEN/TS 13649 - Fixed Source Emissions - Determination of the mass concentration of each gaseous organic compound - Sampling tube (Active Carbon) and Solvent Desorption Method
- TS ISO 9096 - Fixed Source Emissions - Determination of Mass Concentration of Particulate Matter
- TS EN 13284-1 - Fixed Source Emissions-Determination of Low Range Mass Concentration of Dust
